Flight Plan Fileing

I filed my first two flight plans uing SD over the last few days.

I seem to have a problem with the connection to the SD server "hanging".

I filed on Friday last, and it hung for 7 minutes with the SD logo still rotating.

After 7 minutes I had to close the window, SD reported that the Flight plan had been filed.

It is disconcerting that you don't actually "know" whether the program has completed or not!

Is the problem common, I also filed on my way back from Guernsey today, same problem it just hung, am I doing something wrong?

The plan was in the system, but I felt that had to call and check.

Until I can resolve this I'm going back to Afpex, it's a pain but I know when I've filed.
